Yes, I have the 64-bit java installed (it says 64 bits in my control panel), my Windows tell me I have 16GB of installed ram, I reinstalled the launcher and java already, I am not using the beta version of the launcher, I am on Windows 10 64-bit, and I have a legitimate copy of Minecraft.
